We have an in-house full service maintenance staff available for work on your property. Whether it's a bathroom remodel or an exterior project, our crew has the skills to finish the job with efficiency and professionalism. We maintain licensed plumbers, electricians, and masons that complete work only up to our highest standard.
Property Management One realized that there was a great need to find professional, efficient and economical maintenance service for our clients. Property Maintenance One was created in 2004 to do just that. This division allows us to provide prompt and reliable service to our clients while being able to control the expense and quality of the finished product.
After 20 years of establishing relationships with many different vendors in the area - for larger projects, we have multiple vendors we can call upon that would respond quickly - and provide competitive bids.

Other emergency matters are addressed with an immediate response from our team. An on call property manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies only.
* Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials.
